Richard founded Smile Bright Home Care to deliver compassionate, reliable non-medical support that helps clients stay safe and independent at home. His background spans operations, IT, and team supervision — bringing structure and accountability to every client relationship.

He also serves as President of the Liberian Community in Quebec and is a certified delegate of the Global Leadership Summit, channeling that same commitment to service into the community he calls home.

Madame Patience Tomah Talawally

"Every client deserves care that's compassionate, personal, and dignified."

Patience co-founded Smile Bright Home Care to support seniors and families with hands-on, respectful care. She brings years of experience in home care, client support, and care coordination across Quebec.

Before Canada, she led shelter, project management, and community development work in Liberia. She holds a BBA in Management and certifications as a Health Assistant and in Monitoring & Evaluation.
